John Britton is the Director of Product Marketing for Absolute Software. With over 20 years of engineering, product marketing and sales management experience, Britton is an expert in a broad spectrum of technology specialties, including privacy, security, mobility, messaging and supply chain management. He is a frequent expert speaker at industry circuits on mobile security and device management, consumerization of IT and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) topics. He has also consulted and helped architect many Fortune 500 companies’ mobile security infrastructures. Prior to Absolute, he was responsible for the ISO Security and Privacy strategy at Amazon Web Service. While representing the United States at ISO IEC JTC1 SC27 global plenaries he was the US Delegations Chairman for Privacy. John has also held thought-leadership roles at VMWare, Good Technology, mFoundry and Credent Technologies.
